How Peace Riders handles launch-stage data.

Peace Riders™ collects only the information needed to respond to registrations of interest, enquiries, partnership conversations and launch-stage administration.

Information we collect

Registration data may include title, first name, last name, email, country, city, WhatsApp mobile number, rider interest or status, volunteering interests, professional or practical skills, languages, Camp Forge interest, service interests, partner organisation information and communication preference.

Future operational records such as formal designation, verified licence information, training records, safeguarding clearance, chapter assignment, leadership responsibility, service hours, mentoring records and incident records are not collected through the public launch form.

Purposes and lawful basis

We use launch registration and enquiry data to respond to you, organise Foundation-stage development, understand where interest exists and prepare appropriate future pathways. Optional updates are based on your separate communication preference and are not a condition of joining the journey.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, or to stop receiving updates. Every bulk update should include an unsubscribe route.

Safeguarding and sensitive information

Detailed safeguarding disclosures should not be submitted through ordinary public forms. Serious or immediate concerns should be referred to appropriate emergency, safeguarding or statutory services.

Cookies

The launch site is designed to avoid non-essential tracking by default. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, the site should provide appropriate cookie controls before they are used.

Security

Registration and enquiry records are kept separate from future operational records. Administrative access should be restricted to authorised founding administrators and protected by environment-managed credentials.
