What we need to understand
Your country, city, rider status, relevant experience, why you are interested, whether a local team may exist and what credible local partnerships might be possible.
Replication follows evidence, not enthusiasm alone.
A pilot chapter must demonstrate safe riding, trained leadership, safeguarding compliance, credible partnerships, documented service outcomes and a repeatable operating rhythm before wider development.
